- Develops and maintains a Technician Training Center
- Provides referral service for trained technicians
- Fought the CALABASAS ISSUE and RIVERSIDE ISSUE
- Donates money to California Fallen Officers for fallen officers
- Mediates Consumer Affairs issues
- Created the False Alarm Training School
- Fire Department training
- Fire Codes (got rid of “C” Service)
